Ingredients
- 2 mini naan bread (Store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce (Low-sodium preferred)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (Part-skim for less fat)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (Any color)
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves (Fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over each mini naan.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Arrange sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach on the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
