Ingredients

  • 6 large egg
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 medium zucchini (diced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • a pinch salt
  • a pinch pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, and cheese to the egg mixture.
