Ingredients
- 1 large egg (Fresh egg, preferably organic)
Instructions
- Place the egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water by at least an inch.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let it sit for 9-12 minutes depending on desired doneness.
- Transfer the egg to an ice bath or run under cold water to stop cooking.
- Peel and enjoy!
