Ingredients
- 1 cup packed spinach (fresh)
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust for taste)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine spinach, banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add chopped carrot and Greek yogurt, then blend until fully mixed.
- In a separate bowl, blend the frozen mixed berries with a little almond milk until smooth.
- To create the swirl effect, layer the green smoothie and berry smoothie in glasses. Serve immediately.
