Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed spinach (fresh)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust for taste)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine spinach, banana, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add chopped carrot and Greek yogurt, then blend until fully mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the frozen mixed berries with a little almond milk until smooth.
  4. To create the swirl effect, layer the green smoothie and berry smoothie in glasses. Serve immediately.
