Ingredients

  • 200 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in broccoli and peas, cooking until tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, stir to combine, and cook for another minute.
