Ingredients
- 1 mini naan bread (whole grain preferred)
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat if preferred)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 tablespoon sliced olives (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on the mini naan bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add sliced bell peppers and olives as desired.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
