Ingredients

  • 1 mini naan bread (whole grain preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 tablespoon sliced olives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the mini naan bread.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and olives as desired.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
