Ingredients

  • 3 ounces grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • 2 slices whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 1/4 medium avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves (fresh)
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices.
  2. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through and slice it.
  3. Layer the grilled chicken, avocado, spinach, and tomato on one slice of bread.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and top with the second slice of bread.
  5. Cut in half and serve.
