Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- 2 cups cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (as a dressing)
- 4 slices whole grain bread (for sandwiches)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for dressing)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped cabbage, grated carrot, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined to make the coleslaw.
