Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup carrots (grated)
- 1 medium banana (mashed)
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and flour.
- Add grated carrots and mashed banana, mixing well.
- Stir in honey if using, and form into small cookies on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
