Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 medium apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. Steam the carrots until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped apple to the steamer for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the carrots and apple to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
