Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1/4 cup water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and mushrooms, stir-frying for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in water and cover to steam for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and mix well before serving.
