Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dosa batter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrots
- 1 teaspoon oil
- a pinch salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix dosa batter with salt, spinach, and carrots.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil.
- Pour the batter to make a dosa and crack an egg on top.
- Cook until the dosa is golden and the egg is cooked to desired doneness.
