Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks (soaked and drained)
- 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (julienned)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add soya chunks, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
