Ingredients

  • 2 mini naan bread (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce (Low-sodium preferred)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (Part-skim for less fat)
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (Any color)
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves (Fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each mini naan.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Arrange sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach on the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano over the toppings.
  6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
