Ingredients
- 1/4 cup semolina ((fine) )
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or honey to taste)
- 1 medium apple (peeled and grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add semolina and roast until golden brown, stirring continuously.
- Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar (or honey) and mix until dissolved.
- Stir in grated apple and cardamom powder, cooking until the mixture thickens.
- Serve warm, topped with chopped nuts if desired.
