Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pasta (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1/4 cup button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and bell pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the pan, toss together, and heat through.
  5. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
