Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pasta (whole wheat or regular)
- 1/4 cup button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and bell pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan, toss together, and heat through.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
