Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya chunks (soaked and drained)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (julienned)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add soya chunks, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
