Ingredients

  • 1 large egg (Fresh egg, preferably organic)

Instructions

  1. Place the egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water by at least an inch.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let it sit for 9-12 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  4. Transfer the egg to an ice bath or run under cold water to stop cooking.
  5. Peel and enjoy!
