Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 medium apple (cored and sliced)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of whole grain bread.
- Layer the apple slices on top of the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
- Top with the second slice of bread and cut into quarters.
