Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 medium apple (cored and sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of whole grain bread.
  2. Layer the apple slices on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread and cut into quarters.
