Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soya chunks (soaked and drained)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add soya chunks, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with black pepper before serving.
