Ingredients
- 1/2 cup button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms and diced bell pepper, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- Serve over cooked rice.
