Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and diced bell pepper, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
