- 6 large egg
- 1/2 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 medium zucchini (diced)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, and cheese to the egg mixture.
