Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole grain pasta (uncooked)
  • 150 g prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add prawns, cooking until pink.
  3. Add peas and cooked pasta to the pan, stirring to combine.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
